Holiday home by the sea Tenerife North No. 1, living room with sea view and seating area, large TV, desk, and 300 Mbit fiber optic internet, ideal for teleworking, bedroom with a 180 × 200 large bed, bathroom. Well-equipped kitchen and washing machine, terrace with stunning sea views, private garden with shower and sun loungers. In addition to the final price, weekly cleaning costs (60 €) must be paid separately and are not included in the final price.

The Accommodation
The holiday home (72 m²) directly by the sea features a living room with a nice seating area, very fast internet (fiber optic connection), flat-screen TV with international channels, and a desk. Besides a bedroom and bathroom, there is also a terrace, garden with outdoor shower, and separate toilet. Everything offers breathtaking panoramic sea views and the sound of the waves in the background. Ideal for relaxing or working in peace.

The open kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, and other kitchen utensils. Right next to the kitchen is a dining table with chairs and a washing machine in a nook. The kitchen has a large sliding door with direct access to a ground-level terrace with table and chairs, ideal for breakfast in the morning sun.

The house has a freshly renovated bedroom with a king-size 180×200 cm bed and spacious wardrobe. The freshly renovated bathroom next to the bedroom has a pampering shower, toilet, and sink.
The living room has a large sliding door, from which a staircase leads down to the beautiful garden with a large palm tree, where you can read and relax. The garden features an outdoor shower and separate toilet.
There is a panoramic view of the sea both inside and outside, which lies directly below the garden.

Other Important Notes
1. A (rental) car is necessary; we recommend reserving one directly at the airport upon your arrival. You can park for free on the street in front of the holiday home, but please ensure that you do not obstruct any neighbors.

2. In addition to the final price, weekly cleaning costs (60 €) must be paid separately; these are not included in the final price. Mandatory additional cleaning cost price table: –> from 1 to 9 nights 60 €. –> From 10 to 16 nights 120 €. –> From 17 to 23 nights 180 €. –> from 24 to 31 nights 240 €.

3. Late check-in (after 9 PM) is possible. However, this costs an additional 30 €. Please note that the southern airport (TFS) is at least an hour away from the holiday home by car. The holiday home is at least half an hour away from the northern airport (TFN). Our local host will expect you at the time you specified for arrival.

4. If you arrive unexpectedly later, please call us (live contact) at least half an hour before your originally planned arrival time. Only then can we inform our host in time. If you arrive unannounced more than an hour later than the specified arrival time, we will charge you 10 € for each additional hour that our host has to wait for you. The holiday home is located in a remote area by the sea, and a realistic planning of the expected arrival time is very important to avoid long waiting times for you or our host.

If you arrive unannounced more than an hour later than the specified arrival time, we will charge you 10 euros for each additional hour that our host has to wait for you.
